JAKOPS (SIMON JUNHO PARK), CEO/executive producer of XGALX, the group to which XG belongs, was in charge of sound direction for the ANREALAGE SPRING/SUMMER 2025 COLLECTION “WIND” held on Saturday, September 24th (local time). He played his original song “AVENTURE” that he created for the show.
JAKOPS commented on the song as follows: “This song was created with a focus on wind, which is the concept of ANREALAGE’s costumes. To convey the lightness and floating feeling of wind, we used stereo synthesizers as the main source, which gives the feeling of floating in the air, creating a sound that matches the brand’s concept and allowing the audience to become even more immersed in the show. We created a mysterious and majestic impression of nature through fantastic ambience sounds, tense synth sounds, and Creature sounds. We used Afro-house rhythms to create a fantastic yet peaceful feeling, and created a groove that was not excessive so as not to interfere with the models’ walking. As the song progresses to the second half, we added arpeggio synthesizers and drum rhythms to enhance the atmosphere and arrange it to lead to the climax of the show, keeping the audience focused until the moment the show ends.”
ANREALAGE is a fashion brand led by Kunihiko Morinaga, and continues to present at the Paris Collection under the philosophy of crossing the border between “everyday” and “extraordinary”. It made its Paris Collection debut with the Spring/Summer 2015 Collection, and has continued to present at the Paris Collection since then. The Spring/Summer 2025 Collection marks the 10th anniversary of the brand’s entry into Paris. The concept of the Spring/Summer 2025 Collection is “WIND”. Kunihiko Morinaga of ANREALAGE, who has continued to explore the boundaries between fashion and technology, took on the theme of using wind to breathe life into clothes, visualizing the invisible power of wind, and creating new silhouettes in this collection.
The “extraordinary” sound produced by JAKOPS, the leader of XG, whose group name is an acronym for “Xtraordinary Girls,” and the “unusual” fashion pursued by ANREALAGE have come together beyond the boundaries of the two groups, opening the door to a new world.
