Kuro releases 2-song single “Rashomon” featuring ZIN & MIRRROR’s TAKUMI

It has been announced that Kuro will release his new single “Rashomon” on October 30th (Wednesday).

Kuro is also known as TAMTAM’s vocalist/composer. This work is a single with two songs, and the title song “Rashomon” was produced by GAGLE’s DJ Mitsu the Beats. It is said that he took inspiration from the movie of the same name and applied it to the lyrics along with Soulflex’s ZIN, who was a guest performer.

“Makyo”, which is included as a coupling song, is sung by Kuro and MIRRROR/aTTn’s TAKUMI over a track by ji2kia, who have been friends since their 1st album “JUST SAYING HI” (2019). It is said to be a dance tune with meaningful lyrics and a more mysterious and crazy atmosphere than ever before.

The idea for these two songs was born about two years ago, so it was decided to release them now.

[Kuro comment]

The ideas for both songs have been around for about two years, and I’m happy to have had the opportunity to release them.
The A-side of the track was produced entirely by DJ Mitsu the Beats, and the B-side was produced entirely by ji2kia. Me/Mr. ZIN/Mr. Takumi added the lyrics and melody to it.
The A-side is about a movie they watched two years ago, and the B-side is about the joy of doubting your own senses. I hope you will listen to it for a long time.
