Satoko Shibata’s one-man live “WWW presents ‘Heritage 3000’ Farewell series Satoko Shibata ~ DUB Reflection ~” will be held at WWW in Shibuya, Tokyo on Monday, January 13th (holiday).
They released their 7th album “Your Favorite Things” in February of this year, and released a new version of the same album “My Favorite Things” last Wednesday, October 23rd. In addition, Satoko Shibata is attracting attention from various quarters, such as appearing at events in various places and being selected for the new award “TOKYO ALTER MUSIC AWARD.”
This performance is part of the farewell project for the British Midas analog mixer Heritage 3000, a mixing console that has been in use since WWW opened. Due to the historical background, it has been decided that the mixer will be replaced with a digital mixer in mid-January 2025, and from then on, new settings will be used to create sound spaces.
Satoko Shibata will perform in a band set with members Takuro Okada (Gt.), Haruna Makiyama (Bass.), Koki Hama (Ds.), Yu Taniguchi (Key.), and Dub Master X (FOH). is decided. It will be an exclusive one-man performance with the theme of “Dub”.
In addition, this project, which also marks the farewell of “Heritage 3000,” will also feature performances by OGRE YOU ASSHOLE, MERZBOW, Minami Deutsch (Southern Germany), Otoboke Biba, FLYING RHYTHMS, and others.
