FM TOWNSDÉ DÉ MOUSEandSasuke HaraguchiA new unit by. With the theme of bubble culture, they aim to create post-future funk/post-vaporwave/anime-core songs.
Just like her 1st single “Pastel☆Night”, she is a 15-year-old up-and-coming singer.NeonThis work features anime synth pop that strongly emphasizes the sound of 1985 when the bubble started, like the ending of a romantic comedy anime. This song combines the machine beat by Linn Drum, who created the era, DX7’s FM synth brass, an analog/digital hybrid sound, catchy lyrics full of kitschy 80’s, and a slightly stretched melody.
The original version of “~peach’s tell me~”, which has a sound quality like a cassette tape air-checked on an FM radio, is a full-throttle lost wave song with strong city pop and vaporwave vibes.
The pop artwork depicting DÉ DÉ MOUSE and Sasuke Haraguchi is by Natsumi Sato, an illustrator who works on various advertisements and apparel.
