bane to release new song “unbalance” with FKD as sound producer

SSW・bane from Yokohama has announced that they will release their new single “unbalance” on Wednesday, December 18th.

Bane began his music career in earnest in 2020, and has released two EPs so far, “air” and “mono.” In 2024, they transitioned to a self-produced system, and in August of this year, they released the single “UmU”, with producer Rikuto Nagira in charge of the sound.

This song is a song that sings about the daily thoughts of “Life doesn’t progress in a balanced way. If you want too much, if you get too depressed, you lose your balance and lose it.” Sound production was handled by beat maker/DJ FKD, who is also active in VIBEPAK and Dry Echoes, a unit with Hikaru Tanaka. In response to Bane’s feeling that “the imbalance of life is very similar to feeling sluggish when you wake up in the morning,” the sluggish and sometimes sluggish beat creates a downer state of mind.

In addition, Bane rewrote the lyrics many times as he struggled to balance the heat of FKD’s beat with the heat of his own melody. It feels like a song that realistically spells out my current feelings.
