Jorja Smith to perform in Japan in Tokyo & Osaka

Jorja Smith’s Japan tour will be held in October.

Jorja Smith, from Walsall in the West Midlands, UK, became the first independent artist to win Critics’ Choice at the Brit Awards in 2018. Their first album “Lost & Found” released in the same year reached number 3 in their home country, received high praise from various quarters, and was also nominated for the Mercury Prize. She won the Brit Award for Best British Female Solo Artist in 2019 and was nominated for the Grammy Award for Best New Artist.

In September of last year, they released their second album “Falling of Flying”, their first in five years. They developed a diverse sound that included sophisticated R&B, hot UK funk, and alternative elements. Furthermore, in May of this year, they released the album “Falling or Flying (reimagined),” which is a reimagining of the songs from the same work.
