Leisu & Yamada Gal Jingu release collaboration song “untake” inspired by “Tokyo Ghoul”

The double name single “untake” by Leisu and Yamada Gal Jingu was released today, December 18th (Wednesday).

Yamada Gal Jingu has gained support for her works that cross a wide range of genres, including not only hip-hop but also rock and electro. Leisu is also active as a DJ/singer. This is the second work under the duo’s names since “GALPUNK”. Also, last year, the triple mixtape “Revive” with izolma was released and became a hot topic.

This song was inspired by the manga “Tokyo Ghoul” by Sui Ishida. The main character Ken Kaneki, who struggles between humans and ghouls, has a life that contrasts with his own glittering scenes, and the duality that everyone has, and he is trying to understand how he feels about those who suffer from the differences in society. It is said that the wish for the building to be a place to belong is expressed.

Produced by ViryKnot, who has written songs for many artists and is also active as a guitarist, the song is finished with a profound yet floating feeling.
