“Kaze Fukushima” is a one-episode omnibus drama based on the true story of immigrants from 12 municipalities in Fukushima. Just like the Thursday drama 24 “Mei no Mei” starring Kanata Hongo and Hina Osawa, which aired in September last year, the 12 municipalities of Fukushima (*), and this time it will be a one-episode human drama that focuses on 12 real-life migrants.

The directors include Chihiro Ikeda, who has worked on popular works such as “You Are After School Insomnia” and “Hatsukoi Zarari” (TV Tokyo), and is a member of the comedy duo Double Booking, which has won 135 awards in 33 countries overseas. Bunta Kawamoto, who wrote and directed the movie “Back Cover,” and Takashi Sumita, who has a reputation for his elaborate productions in films and television such as “Diary of a Fictional Office Lady” and “The Journey of Murderous Intent,” has been selected at film festivals both domestically and internationally. and was nominated for an award race.
