SPENSR released the instrumental version of their latest album “Drunk” on Wednesday, December 25th.
This year, SSW/producer SPENSR has expanded his live activities to Taiwan and South Korea. “Drunk”, released in March, is the first album in about 4 years, and it is a work that presents SPENSR’s new stage, incorporating R&B, which is the signature of SPENSR sound, and neo-soul, but also incorporating rock, which is their roots. It became.
In addition, SPENSR handled everything from track production to mixing/mastering themselves, and it was decided to release this instrumental version because they wanted to further increase the resolution of the songs on this album.
In addition, the video work “Wrap-Up SPENSR 2024”, which looks back on SPENSR’s 2024, will be released with the instrumental of the song “Take Five” as background music. Check them out as well.
[SPENSR Comment]
It’s my first album in four years, and it’s one of my favorites, so I decided to release the instrumental version this time, hoping that at least one more person would listen to the details. Since there is no song in it, I think you will be able to discover what kind of sounds were being made here. I would be happy if this gave you an opportunity to listen to the original album again.
