CVLTE’s virtual world anthem “realitYhurts.” has been selected as the ending theme for the anime “Shanfro”

It has been announced that CVLTE’s new song “realitYhurts.” will be used as the ending theme for the second season of the TV anime “Shangri-La Frontier”.

“Shangri-La Frontier”, which is broadcast every Sunday on MBS/TBS’s 28 stations nationwide, achieved the first ever four wins in the reader survey of “Weekly Shonen Magazine” where it is being serialized, and the cumulative circulation has reached the world’s total. A TV anime adaptation of a comic that has sold over 10 million copies. The setting is a slightly future world where games that use displays are classified as retro games. In such a world, Rakuro Yoji, also known as Sanraku, a “shit game hunter” who has devoted his passion to clearing “shit games” whose content has not kept up with the latest VR technology, decided to create a game that has a total of 30 million players. A supreme “game x fantasy” adventure story that takes on the challenge of “Shangri-La Frontier”. The 1st season will be broadcast from October 2023 to March this year, and the 2nd season will be broadcast from October.

This is the first time that CVLTE, which continues to collaborate with a variety of overseas artists and release genre-defying music, will be in charge of an anime theme song.
