AIRIE releases 1st album “DAYS B4 THE LIGHTS” featuring Duke Cage, Tade Dust and others

Rapper AIRIE released his 1st album “DAYS B4 THE LIGHTS” today, January 15th (Wednesday).

AIRIE, who was born in Shimanto City, Kochi Prefecture, attracted attention with her appearance on ABEMA’s “Rap Star 2024” and the music video for “Road”, which featured local friend AMO as a guest performer. This work is a cross-over of not only hip-hop, but also various genres such as R&B, rock, alternative, and pop.

The title “DAYS B4 THE LIGHTS” is a combination of AIRIE’s origins, the sunrise at 4 a.m., and his current situation. It starts before dawn, the sun rises, and then the sun sets. Based on the concept of “a day before dawn,” this album can be listened to regardless of day or night, location, or scene.

In addition to the singles released so far such as “Hello”, “Living Alone”, “Road feat. In their guest performance, “Where U WannaGo?,” they try out even more diverse sounds, including a fusion of hip-hop and pop-punk, and “Sunshine,” which shows a shift from old-school beats to modern trap.
