HOME releases new single “Plastic Romance” & MV released

HOME will release their new single “Plastic Romance” today, May 15th (Wednesday). A music video was also released at the same time.

HOME is a trio formed by Okinawa residents sei (Vo.), o-png (PC), and shun (Gt.). Since their first distributed single “Lucy” released in 2023, they have been attracting attention not only in Japan but also in Asian countries such as South Korea, Singapore, and Taiwan.

This work, which will be released for the first time this year, is a popular song that has been performed live for some time. It’s a light dance tune reminiscent of city pop, 80’s pop, and R&B. As before, the cover artwork was created by member o-png.

The music video was directed by Ryo Suda, who has worked on video works for artists such as JUMADIBA, kZm, and lil soft tennis. The setting is an airport and an airplane, and the images match the scale of the sound.
