Disco House duo QPLO has released their remixed EP, Beautiful Dreamer Remixes, today, Wednesday, February 12th.
This work is a remix of the song “Beautiful Dreamer (feat.YOCO)” released last December. The original song is a light danceable Japanese Filter House, with a French-style sound mixed with the transparent singing voice of YOCO (illiomote), who sings without any worries. The song is remixed by TAAR, a DJ/producer who also works as YOSA & TAAR, and producer ItoShin, who is also known for his release from BUDDHAHOUSE’s FRUIT PARLOR and DJ SHIKISAI’s Diesel Disco Club. ItoShin is also planning to participate in “Happy Fire Remixes,” which QPLO is scheduled to be released next month.

In this remix, both songs have a “house from that time.”
I’m creating Happy Fire with the image of 90s and Beautiful Dreamer with the image of 00s.
When it comes to choosing sounds, we create them by analyzing existing songs from drum sound sources and keyboard instruments that were commonly used at the time.
In addition, by using both songs to create beautiful phrases that include pop elements, we created them with the impression that they are easy to listen to in any situation.
I think this remix production also gave me the opportunity to think about what dance music is that can be blended into a part of my life.
I also hope to be able to share more and more songs that sound is not currently available, but that’s good.
