SANTAWORLDVIEW releases a two-song single arranged from “Cowboy Bebop”

SANTAWORLDVIEW released their new single “COWBOY’S LIFE (TOO GOOD TOO BAD) & Honest / Feeling Good (Piano Black)” today, April 19th (Friday).

This work features the famous songs “Too Good Too Bad” and “Piano Black” from the soundtrack “COWBOY BEBOP SOUNDTRACK 1” of the anime “Cowboy Bebop” which has gained popularity all over the world and was made into a live-action movie in 2021. Arranged and produced. The original song was written by Yoko Kanno, who has composed music for numerous anime works.

The arrangement for this work was done by Taka Perry and AWSM., and Mahiru Koda played the piano on “Honest / Feeling Good (Piano Black).” Additionally, the music video for “COWBOY’S LIFE (TOO GOOD TOO BAD)” will be released today at 8:00 p.m. Like the MV for “BEGIN” released just last month, it was created by Amsterdam video creator team RED MOONS.

When I was in high school, I was shocked when I saw Cowboy Bebop for the first time! After I started my career as an artist, I realized the appeal of soundtracks, and as I listened to them, an idea came to me. Those are these two songs.

I couldn’t have reached these two songs alone.
Yoko Kanno for allowing me to arrange the arrangement, Taka Perry for expressing the sound I had in mind, everyone at AWSM. for giving form to my ideas, and Koda for replaying the piano. Mahiru-chan, thank you for your cooperation.
