MNNK Bro. releases music video of the latest single “LV MURAKAMI”

The music video for the latest single “LV MURAKAMI”, released on Thursday, February 6th by contemporary artist Murakami Takashi and rapper JP THE WAVY, a unique unit by domestic and international rapper J.D. THE WAVY, has been released.

This is a song to celebrate the Louis Vuitton x Murakami collaboration for the first time since 2003. The music video features a storyline in which JP THE WAVY, who was riding a mysterious taxi in Tokyo at night, gets lost in the world of the Louis Vuitton x Murakami collaboration, and the collaboration motif is expressed in full CG animation.

The film is directed by BRTHR, a decreter duo of Alex Lee & Kyle Wighman, who has worked on Travis Scott’s “Butterfly Effect” and Joji’s “Yukon (Interlude),”, and is attracting attention worldwide.

This is a project that was just like I had envisioned in a virtual world – that has become a reality… It was a truly dream project. Working with our hero, Murakami Takashi, and the incredible artist JP THE WAVY, was the most fun and exciting experience I’ve ever had. 95% of the production was made up of green screens, and it was a very challenging production, but I hope you enjoy this Music Video!
