It has been announced that Jairo will release his first EP, “Jairo” on Wednesday, February 26th.
Jairo is a beatbox duo consisting of YAMORI and John-T, who have won the TAG-TEAM category of the world’s finest beatbox tournament, Grand Beatbox Battle 2024 TOKYO. This work is composed of original songs performed at the world championships, and is said to be a pronouncing EP, packed with Jairo’s current location and skills.
The recording was performed in the studio in one shot at a time (that is, the two of them consisted of only two tracks in all songs), and the entire song was produced in a unconventional manner, with no clicks being heard. The fluctuations in rhythm and familiarity that can only be achieved through music that comes from the human body make it a vivid yet comfortable track.
He is also scheduled to appear at the festival “BeRec Live” hosted by BeRec at WWW, Shibuya, Tokyo on Saturday, May 3rd. There are apparently many news stories that have been on the rise since then, so we can’t take our eyes off the future trends.
