ISAFAT released their new single, “WAVE8 (feat. Ole)” on Wednesday, March 19th.
ISAFAT is a track maker/artist who works on the theme of “fat” pop music. Not only does he have his own projects, but he also works on track making, arrangements, engineering, and guitar support for many artists.
This is a track-making song that ISAFAT has released for the first time in a while, and features an experimental hip-hop to R&B style, featuring ally rapper Ole, who has been co-written for a while.
Ole’s cheerful climbing and flow are intertwined with live ISAFAT music. It is a jazzy and abstract experimental hip-hop work that evokes the sound image of Kendrick Lamar’s classic album, To Pimp A Butterfly (2015).
With the release of this work, ISAFAT and Ole will appear at the event “RED OCEAN EX!” to be held at Yoyogi LIVE STUDIO LODGE in Tokyo tomorrow, Friday, March 21st. A performance is scheduled for a valuable full band set. Also check it out.
