SSW/producer Mom has released his new album, “AI and Setsuna’s Politics” today, Saturday, March 22nd.
The beats and pop melody are played out freely, and the sound is like a collage. Mom has sincerely faced the times and has built his own unique expressions through lyrics that have a strong message.
Released without any prior notice, this is the seventh full album in total, first since the 6th album “Sad Events – THE OVERKILL-” released in 2023. As the album title suggests, it is an ambitious work with 18 songs that exudes satire of modern society everywhere.
In addition, just before the release, the music video for the album’s last song, “Setsuna 3.0,” was also released. It is modeled after the artist introduction section on a news program, and will perform a studio live performance. Here too, Mom’s cynical and humorous perspective can be seen.
Mom will be held at Hibiya Park in Tokyo on Saturday, May 31st and Sunday, June 1st.“Hibiya Music Festival 2025”Many live performances have been decided in a variety of formats, including singing and singing, bands, and DJ sets.
