TOKYO world attracts attention with “Rap Star”, 1st EP “DREAM HORIZON” will be released

TOKYO Sekai has announced that they will be releasing their first career EP “DREAM HORIZON” on April 24th (Wednesday). Two songs from the same work, “syuzinkou” and “garasunokutsu”, were pre-released today, April 17th (Wednesday).

He started his activities as a rapper last year by releasing songs on SoundCloud. With his own style of “Showa Kayo VIBES”, he is kicking into the TOKYO world with his unique groove and presence in the hip hop scene. He is also attracting a lot of attention for his appearance in “SELECTION CYPHER Group C” in “Rap Star 2024” which was broadcast on ABEMA the other day.

This work, released at such a timing, includes a total of 4 songs that were all self-produced and completed. It is said that this work incorporates the nostalgia of not only hip-hop but also popular songs and lo-fi pop that influenced him. His unique worldview can be felt from the two preceding songs.
