“SYNCHRONICITY” and NexTone established a collite label with a global Asia theme.

The urban music festival “SYNCHRONICITY” based in Shibuya, Tokyo, and the digital distribution business division of NexTone Inc., will be joined forces with the collite label, which is based on “Global Asia.”It has been announced that a new establishment will be established.

SYNCHRONICITY has invited artists from Japan’s leading indie and alternative scenes to a wide variety of overseas artists, mainly in Asia, and this year it announced a partnership with Taiwan’s large music festival, “Ronin Festival,” the Vagabond Festival. The festival, which marks its 20th anniversary, is expanding even more internationally.

Meanwhile, NexTone makes full use of its global know-how in digital distribution and copyright management to provide strong support for Japanese artists to expand overseas. By combining the strengths of both parties, SYNCS brings artists’ creativity to the world and creates a sustainable music ecosystem. The aim is to open up a future in which domestic and international artists can play an active role in the world, and pursue new possibilities for music that transcends national borders.

Starting with the holding of the music festival “SYNCHRONICITY’25”, SYNCS plans to regularly produce collaborative works with overseas artists and release music sources worldwide. We would like to pay attention to future trends as well.

[Comment from Aso Jun, Representative of SYNCHRONICITY]

For 20 years, SYNCHRONICITY has created a place to open up the future through music with passion. We are proud to be able to perform with all the charming artists who move the scene. By launching “SYNCS” in collaboration with NexTone, we will be working vigorously to explore new possibilities that connect Asia and the world. At the 20th anniversary of 2025, the company aims to hold the largest ever event, and has also achieved a partnership with Taiwan’s “Ronin Festival Vagabond Festival.” I can’t wait to see the moment when even more expansion will come into play. Through this project, we believe there is an exciting future awaiting us as artists expand their opportunities to shine across borders and portray the future of music.

[Comment from Kakiuchi Takahiko, Director of Digital Distribution & Marketing Department, NexTone Co., Ltd.]

We are extremely proud to be able to work with SYNCHRONICITY to take on a new, highly meaningful initiative. In addition to our global distribution network, we also have an international copyright management scheme, and we will promote this initiative with a complete system in place to handle rights. Please look forward to the future of “SYNCS.”
