The music video for STARKIDS’s latest single, “Do It,” released in February, has been released.
This song was produced by member BENXNI and was played by four rappers: levi, ROAR, BENXNI and TAHITI. Just like the artwork, the entire film was filmed at a factory in downtown Tokyo, and the inorganic texture and rugged worldview within the factory are impressive.
The opening also includes a peek at the end saying, “All the drills used in the video are real,” giving it a humorous sense of style, as it uses the motif of “power drills for work” rather than pushing the hard street colours of the standard lines to the forefront.
Filming and editing is done by member Space Boy, and VFX is handled by richtheloner.
