Two songs produced by poivre are released simultaneously, and songs under his own name are Shinza & VOLOJZA participating

Producer/DJ poivre and rapper WO, who belongs to hip-hop crew VLUTENT ALSTONES and VANADIAN EFFECT, have released new songs today, Wednesday, April 9th.

Poivre is a producer living in Sasebo, Nagasaki, and is also known as a member of hip-hop units Die, No Ties, and Fly. He has collaborated with a variety of artists, including METEOR, Young Kyun, CHAPAH, me2, and Daz.

Poivre’s new song, “Ren,” is a song featuring Chinza DOPENESS and VOLOJZA, who also works together with Die, No Ties, and Fly, as guest performers. The song was born from a series of coincidences, necessities, time, events, and memories, and is finished in a way that brings together family, friends, and listeners for the song. The mixing and mastering are handled by LEXUZ YEN, while the artwork is done by poivre himself.

Meanwhile, WO’s new song “FREE WILL” is a pre-single single from the new EP “Turning”, which is scheduled to be released this year. The beat is a dark four-hit track by poivre, and is a song in which WO asks the question, “What is freedom?” on a sprinting beat. The lyrics are based on the theme of “liberation of the self,” and are based on the content that captures the world from a perspective that goes beyond common sense and social frameworks.

As shown by lines such as “Candles that light up and rotten” and “Twist dropping on wrinkles in your brain,” the philosophical wordplay that intersects self-exploration and impulses is impressive. LEXUZ YEN is also in charge of mixing and mastering this. The artwork is done by VOLOJZA.
