Pocari Sweat’s new commercial, “You’re surely someone else’s sun,” will be aired nationwide from today, Friday, April 11th.
The commercial features current high school dancers Haraguchi Musashi and Takamatsu Yuta. The song is “99 Steps (feat. Kohjiya, Hana Hope)” written by producer STUTS. The song will be joined by rapper Kohjiya, who has been a hot topic for winning ABEMA’s “RAPSTAR 2024” and appearing on “FIRST TAKE,” and Hana Hope, who just released his first major album, “Between The Stars” in March. The melody and lyrics sung by Hana Hope are handled by Kitasato Akihisa, a STUTS ally. The track making and mixing are handled by STUTS itself.
At this time, no details such as the release of the song have been announced. The first broadcast of the commercial on the terrestrial field will be the commercial slot on the same day, “Music Station 2 Hours SP (tentative)” (TV Asahi network, from 8:00pm), and a special 90-second version will be aired.
