Sarasa releases the music video for “Shin” from her latest album A song written as “Shared Song” by Yutori Co., Ltd.

The music video for “Shin” has been released from Sarasa’s second album “Golden Child,” which she released last year.

This song is said to be a special song written by Sarasa to commemorate the listing of Yutori Co., Ltd. on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. For Sarasa, who worked as an intern at Yutori Co., Ltd. for about two years, this is a company song that was born from the overlapping relationship that began with her encounter with Kataishi Takanobu, the representative of Yutori, and her current state of sadness as an artist.

Kataishi’s deep pockets were also moved by the way he embraced the song, which was introspective and somewhat loneliness, rather than the cheerful and positive song that is common in corporate songs. As the name suggests, “ship” is a place where you can choose to stop or move forward. It is also a song that reflects Sarasa herself.

In the music video, creator Daiki Kikkawa and photographer 217 Nina teamed up to create a fantastic world of visuals. A ship floating in the darkness, deep in the forest, in the group of statues – wherever you are, a light like a wish will illuminate gently. Even though he was supposed to be alone, it was a beautiful music video, with the sight of him being connected to someone somewhere, and the strength is still in tranquility.

[Salaris Comment]

Before becoming a musician, I wrote the company song for Yutori Co., Ltd., where I had an internship for about two years. Katapi, the president of Yutori Co., Ltd., went beyond his connections at work, and wrote the lyrics with the self-confidence that “sing my own song would also be a song for Katapi.” I think the wider range of Katapi’s craftsmanship is reflected in the fact that such a dark song is used in the company song.

We produced footage with an incredible team, including director Daiki and photographer 217. The music video also features employees from Katapi and Yutori!

[Comment from Kataishi Takashi Exhibition]

The first meeting room in Shibuya that I met Sarasa
Bring the sea cascade to the city,
I immediately thought I’d become a long-term friend.
He drifted over to Bluesy and before he knew it, it was listed.
The red bell rang, but I will never forget my blue heart.
When did you know the magic that stops time?
Knowing that we can’t understand each other,
Let’s go wherever we go.
