ACE COOL releases their second album "Meian" today, themed on "What is happiness?"

Rapper ACE COOL released his new album “Meian” today, Wednesday, May 29th.

ACE COOL has demonstrated a strong presence in the scene through their participation in video content such as “Red Bull 64 Bars” and “03- Performance”, guest appearances at festivals around the country, and the success of their first solo live show “Gunjo no Ato” held at WWW Shibuya, Tokyo in March of this year.

This is his second album, released four years after his album “GUNJO,” which garnered high praise for its overwhelming skill and lyricism. ACE COOL himself says of this work, “It’s an extremely personal work that continues to answer the universal question, ‘What is happiness?’ without compromise.”

JJJ, Miru Shinoda, BFN TOKYOTRILL, Atsu Otaki, and Yuke Myras participated in the production. The piano that is spread throughout the album is by Gen Shirase, and Kento Yamada of yahyel participates on guitar, making the work full of experimental themes and musicality.

The mix was done by Atsu Otaki for 11 tracks, JJJ for “Aijou” only, and mastering was done by Mike Bozzi. The artwork was done by Atsushi Yamanaka. The CD book for this work is scheduled to go on sale this summer.
