“Passing” music video released by Shibata Satoko and Yamanaka Yoko. Remix by PAS TASTA will also be released

The music video for Shibata Satoko’s latest single, “Passing,” released in January this year, has been released.

“Passing” is a song written as the ending theme for TV Tokyo drama 25, “Fukushima of Wind.” The music video was directed by Yamanaka Yoko, known for the film “The Desert of Namibia.” This is the first time that Yamanaka Yoko has worked on the MV.

In addition, a remix of the song by PAS TASTA will also be released next week on Wednesday, April 30th. Shibata Satoko has participated in the song “My Mutant Ride” from PAS TASTA’s second album “GRAND POP” released last year, and has also co-starred at live performances.

[Comment by Yamanaka Yoko]

When I was editing “The Desert of Namibia,” I was encouraged by Shibata’s music every day, so I was really happy to be able to leave it to me this time!
I am also grateful for the miraculous time we were able to create together with Namibian talented staff.

The solitary and plump image of “Passing.” And as Shibata Satoko continues to change as she moves through various phases, she is very attractive, so we aimed to create a video where everything resonates with each other.
The past, the present moment, the future that is coming. May all of them seem lovable and nostalgic.
