Tokyo-based rapper/producer MK woop has released his new single “gauche” today, Wednesday, May 14th.
This is a song produced by a collaboration with up-and-coming producer Ascii. The story begins with a rough intro reminiscent of the jungle and drums and bass, followed by a hybrid beat that includes elements such as dubstep and grime, and is a sharp yet experimental alternative tune that overlaps with the lyrical and tight flow that is unique to MK woop.
The artwork was done by YOSHITAKA9, with ascii’s mixing that focused on sound detailing, and TAXON’s mastering was handled.
