SE SO NEON will release their new single “Twit Winter” today, Friday, May 16th. The MV was also released.
SE SO NEON is a band led by producer/multi-instrumentalist Soyoon. He has also been a hot topic in his collaborations with Japanese Breakfast, RM (BTS), KIRINJI, as well as participating in Hosono Haruomi’s cover album “HOSONO HOUSE COVER,” and appearing at Sakamoto Ryuichi Tribute Festival.
Soyoon also serves as a brand model for Levi’s, adidas and Meta, and as a global ambassador for UGG, and his activities have expanded from Korea and Asia to the world.
This song incorporates a variety of musical elements, including blues, psychedelic rock, new wave, and synth pop. The lyrics explore the complexity of “time” and “human beings,” and also evoke the songs Soyoon began writing as a teenager. Most of this is written in Korean, but Soyoon says, “Through language barriers, people will be able to sense my energy and soul.”
The music video was directed and produced by Soyoon himself. With the concept of “time capsules,” 2065’s “Future Soyoon” is a work that looks back on the past.
SE SO NEON is also planning a headliner tour in the United States, Mexico, the UK, Europe and Australia, starting with an appearance at the Asian Pop Festival, a festival where popular artists from all over Asia come together. We would like to pay attention to future trends as well.

Every time I play “Twit Winter” I feel like I’m singing along with my past me.
It’s not like I’m immersed in nostalgia, but rather like I’m in the past meeting the me of the future and singing along. I gained a quiet conviction that music and stage have the power to dismantle the linearity of time. Questions about the past and future, the sense of sharing, and traces that you want to leave behind over the years. I put these into the sound and video and created this work as a “time capsule.”
