It has been announced that TORIENA will hold a solo live show “TORIENA ONEMAN LIVE “I HAVE 2 SIDES”” at Omotesando WALL & WALL in Tokyo on Saturday, July 12th.
TORIENA is an artist whose roots are chiptune-based, has freely crossed electro, punk, hyperpop, alternative rock, and has attracted attention with her intense personality and DIY spirit. His style of self-producing music production, vocals, guitar and live production has received high support both domestically and internationally.
This performance was his first solo live performance in about five years. As the title “I HAVE 2 SIDES” suggests, it consists of two parts: a band set and a DJ set. Part 1 is reconstructed with an emotional and edgy band sound, focusing on the songs from the album “Out of Term,” which was released last year and became a hot topic. In addition to TORIENA’s own voice (Vo./Gt.), the band members are talented, including Yoneya (Gt.), Mao (Ba.), and Taiju Kamijo (Dr.).
In the second part, the DJ set, which is the true essence of TORIENA, will feature a club sound that combines destructive power and popness.
This is a one-night special live show, featuring two faces that show off in different styles. Tickets will be available for advance reservations at the fan club from today, Friday, May 16th. General release is scheduled for sale on LivePocket from 12:00 on Sunday, June 8th.
