Daichi Yamamoto & JJJ release “Glass no Kyoto” MV from album “Radiant”

Daichi Yamamoto has released the music video for “Glass no Kyoto” from his new album “Radiant” released on Wednesday, May 15th.

“Radiant” was released on his own label “Andless”, which he started last year, and all 8 songs except one interlude were produced by his close friend JJJ. As the title suggests, “Glass Kyoto” seems to be about his own memories and scenes in his hometown, and Scratch Nice is participating in the project.

The MV is set in his hometown of Kyoto, and was shot in the city, at Shisen-do (temple), Sonyo-in (temple), Kyoto Kanze Kaikan (Noh stage), etc. Yuki Hori, with whom we have collaborated many times, was in charge of the director.

In addition, online sales of the zine that was recently sold at Ebisu Time Out Cafe & Diner in Tokyo will start on Monday, May 20th. This was also produced by Yuki Hori, and includes behind-the-scenes footage from last year’s “Daichi Yamamoto Radiant Tour 2023” and notes written by Daichi himself.

In addition, the final advance tickets for the solo album tour “Daichi Yamamoto – Radiant Release Tour “Watch Your Step 2024” starting at Ebisu LIQUIDROOM and touring 7 cities will start today. In addition to Osaka, Fukuoka, and Hokkaido, which they visited on last year’s tour, they will visit Okayama, Kumamoto, and Sendai.
