Sai (SAI) released its live recording, Sai Live at Shibuya WWW, today, Wednesday, May 21st.
Sai is a band consisting of four members, mainly TAIHEI, a key player at Suchmos, and Sase Yusuke (Tp.), Iwami Tsugugo (Ba.), and Matsuura Chinobu (Dr.). Last year, they sold out three solo tours of Tokyo and Kyoto in a row, and in December they released their EP “An Airship,” featuring Daichi Yamamoto and YONCE (Suchmos, Hedigan’s) as guest appearances, attracting attention.
This work contains the recordings from the WWW performances in Tokyo and Shibuya from the tour mentioned above. The album “YELLOW” released in 2023 includes two songs: “ILa” where each part collides with each other, and “Veb” from the latest EP “An Airship” which features a conversation-like instrumental interaction.
In addition, the dice will also be holding its first BLUE NOTE TOKYO performance, “SAI “FLOW TONES”” on Friday, July 11th. Ticket reservations are currently being accepted.
