New soul/R&B singer MoMo released his new single, “TIME (feat. MFS)” on Wednesday, May 21st.
He studied gospel at a church as a child, and after graduating from high school he went to America alone. MoMo has been working as SSW while producing music with foreign artists, and has attracted attention. This is a song featuring rapper MFS as a guest performance. The composition is by Taka Perry, who has roots in Australia and Japan and has worked on works by SIRUP, iri, Furui Riho, and Leon Fanourakis.
MoMo also commented on his Instagram:
“TIME” is a song that depicts the shaking emotions that have been lost, the time that has never returned, and even now that we are moving forward. When we think about someone important, time can be cruel, but at the same time can be healing. We have made this song about how those memories support us now, even if we can’t go back to the past. I would be happy if it reaches the hearts of those who listen to it like a small light.”
