Gottz & MUD released their new single, “Main Job” today, Friday, May 30th.
After the performance of KANDYTOWN, MUD released solo albums in 2023, “MAKE U DIRTY 2” and Gottz released solo albums last year, “NUMBERS.” The two have been active in solo works and live performances, but this is the first time they’ve released a new song in about five years since their first album, VERTEX, released in July 2020.
This is a hard song with two lyrics playing the beat by MYMADE & WATAPACHI. In addition, creator CHOBI will be directed along with the release, and a music video produced by Kohei Suda will be released. The content is gimmick-filled with storylines, traced by lyrics.
The new artist visuals are also by photographer Atsuko Tanaka, who has photographed many well-known hip-hop artists. It has already been announced that the album will be released this summer at live shows, so we would like to take a look at Gottz & MUD’s future developments.
