LE SSERAFIM has released a surprise release of the song title for their new song “Kawaii (Prod. Gen Hoshino)” which will be included in Japan’s 4th single “DIFFERENT”, scheduled to be released on Tuesday, June 24th. The same song is alsoNetflix series “My Melody & Kuromi”It has been announced that the theme song has been decided.
The Netflix series “My Melody & Kuromi” is a stop motion anime series featuring Sanrio’s characters “My Melody” and “Kuromi”, and is a work to commemorate the anniversary year of My Melody 50th anniversary and Kuromi 20th anniversary. Kawaii, which has been decided to be the theme song for the work, is a song produced by Hoshino Gen, and composed, arranged, and lyrics. Additionally, the English lyrics were written by HUH YUNJIN along with Hoshino Gen. It features a distinctive chord change, and the song combines dynamic beats that make full use of analog synths with pop melody.

LE SSERAFIM is currently holding its first world tour in Japan since its debut. After their performances in Nagoya, Osaka and Kitakyushu, the rest will be finalising their world tour Japanese performance at Saitama Super Arena on Thursday, June 12th, Saturday, June 14th and Sunday, June 15th. The three-day Saitama performance will be held for the first time, with the first performance of “DIFFERENT” as well as a large-scale production that includes dancers, and will be performing appropriately for the finals.
