The outdoor music festival “EACH STORY ~THE CAMP~ 2025” is celebrating its 5th anniversary this year, and will be held at Goko Farm Auto Campground, located in Yatsugatake Plateau, Nagano Prefecture from Saturday, October 4th to Sunday, October 5th.
“EACH STORY” is attracting attention from both domestic and international perspectives as a conceptual listening outdoor event. Along with the event information, the first lineup was also announced. Jakob bro, a genius guitarist who represents the prestigious German label ECM, also became a hot topic in the film Music for Black Pigeons, which was released in Japan this spring, and Takada Midori, a leading Japanese composer and percussionist whose album Beyond the Mirror is highly popular overseas.
Furthermore, pianist The Vernon Spring made his first visit to Japan with 2023’s EACH STORY and released his album Under A Familiar Sun this year. Kuniyuki Takahashi is a dance music producer who has received high praise from producers and DJs from around the world for his unique worldview. A duo consisting of Ishiwaka Shun, a drummer who leads the Japanese jazz scene, and Kakudo Makoto, a musician and percussionist who captivates his unique worldview. The live artist Yuichi’s producer of the perfect attendance award, SSW’s ermhoi, has also been confirmed to appear in the first year of “EACH STORY.”
Special obsucure set by Chee Shimizu, who has worldwide connections as a DJ/buyer and has led the global reassessment of New Age/Ambient and other products. Hara Masaaki is a music writer, producer/DJ for the label Rings, and is also a part-time lecturer at Waseda University. Also pay attention to the selection of EACH STORY specifications by Shhhhh, the curator/dj of EACH STORY, which is a genre-less and global success.
A special lineup unique to EACH STORY has been created, bringing together artists who are active in both Japan and abroad. Ticket sales also begin today, Monday, June 16th.
