Flat Line Classics released their new single, “Daily Ops” today, Wednesday, June 18th.
Like the previous work “New Deal”, it was released on Creative Collective/label “wau” and is affiliated with the same collective.01sailProduced by this work, this song focuses on “Daily Operations” by people who survive in modern cities, with lyrics that sharply capture the true essence of hip-hop and organic grooves resonating with the organic groove.
Boommie dry kicks, swelling basslines, and layers of synths that blew deep inside your ears. The entire story exudes a classic West Coast atmosphere. The hook begins with the question “What do you trust? / What do you do you do?” at the beginning, and symbolizes a mindset that moves forward while repeatedly asking yourself questions. The verses from Weird the art, BIG FAF, Sart, and Daz each feature sensitive and tough words about real life on the streets, their obsession with creativity, and their dialogue with the self.
Additionally, the poetic and concrete portrayals such as “am pm My Tune” and “GOAT beyond the tingly life” are impressive, and Daz’s passage, “Rise the sound to crawl up, raise your voice” contains the hope and power of revitalization that music possesses.

The track is a structure that calmly handles the pre-determined Daily Operations, but the sense of unease, anger and emptiness behind it gradually oozes out, and the sound layering unique to 01sail intersects the rapper’s sharply stripped flow, shaking between emotionless and passion.
This is a modern documentary beat made from G-Funk. This is a song unique to Flat Line Classics, expressing the realistic “part of LIFE” that should be played here and now, in a rich and compact two and a half minutes.
