Aldo van eyck releases his third album "das Ding" - a 71-minute masterpiece with a total of 20 songs

Fukuoka-based four-member band aldo van eyck has released their new album, “das Ding” today, Wednesday, June 18th.

This third album is a total of 20 songs, including 6 previous singles, and is packed with a total of 71 minutes. Of the 20 songs, 12 songs have been composed by tomohiro onoue (Vo., Gt., Tp., Key.), seven songs have been composed by ryunosuke sakaguchi (Gt., Sax.), and one song has been co-written by both, making it a wide variety of songs, from post-punk to jazz.

The music video for “Social Plan” from the album is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, June 24th. The film was filmed during a solo live performance in Hong Kong in February, and was located in the city of Hong Kong, and was directed by Rintaro Miyawaki, just like the music video for “Dahlia” released in January.

In addition, a live session video of the album’s songs recorded at Royal Chester Fukuoka is now available on LIV’s YouTube channel. Check this as well.

In July, an album release tour will also be held touring Osaka, Nagoya, Tokyo and Fukuoka. Tickets are currently on sale.
