AMBR has released its new EP, “Yoake” today, Friday, June 20th.
AMBR is an artist born in 2000 and is from Ishikawa Prefecture. Starting with the single “Fucked Up” released at the end of 2019, he attracted attention for his catchy melody and versatile flow, and is also known for his activities in THE DAYDREAM BELIEVER, a unit formed with SHO-SENSEI!!.
This album, which was released for the first time in about three years since his previous album, “DIVE” (2022), includes four songs, including “YOAKE FREESTYLE,” which shows a new side to AMBR. Through lyrics that describe the vivid emotions of confusion, pain, and conflict that he has experienced, as they are, and through a variety of sound approaches that cross genres, he expresses the darkness of life and the beauty of the rays of light that illuminates in the future.
The cover artwork is handled by Sekaiseifukuyameta, who has been in touch with us more than before. In addition, the music video for “YOAKE FREESTYLE” by Sekaiseifukuyameta will also be released at a later date.
AMBR freely interprets hip-hop and pop and establishes a unique position. I would like to keep an eye on future developments.
