NENE has released the music video for its new song, “OWARI.”
Last year, NENE released the Koshy-full album “Gekku Atsushi” and also attracted a lot of attention for holding the tour finals with the film for free at Toyoko Square in Shinjuku. I also remember the memorable performance at the hip-hop festival “POP YOURS 2025” held last month.
This work is also produced by Koshy, and as rapped at the beginning, “It’s finally here / Let’s put it on white and black / This is a fierce diss song.” One of the anger that was written as “someone thought he had to say / dirty music industry shut the fuck up” and “a plagiarism plagiarism / everyone is ours” is, as it says, “Chame, Chanmina,” and “Chammina.”
Also, lyrics like “You guys are POPS / We’re HIPHOP” and “Don’t lick rap, this is a sanctuary, sailor, hand,” allow you to feel not only your own style, but also your anger at imitating the culture of hip-hop.
The second half of the song also features the name SKY-HI, and the ending is finished with words such as “Bitches / Market / Stealing / Group.”
