To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of the Super Famicom™ software “MOTHER2: The Gig Strikes Back” (released by Nintendo Co., Ltd. in 1994), which has been loved by game fans throughout the ages,Hobonichi MOTHER Project“MOTHER’s Ongaku” was held by the live streaming event. The third part of ” has been released as a long-awaited sound source. It has been decided that it will be released on CD, records and digitally on Wednesday, July 23rd (*Records will be on sale on Wednesday, August 27th).
The music of the RPG series “MOTHER” is well known for being beyond the scope of existing game music and has many fans all over the world, but the performance focused on the music from “MOTHER” (1989 software for Family Computer™, released by Nintendo Co., Ltd.) and “MOTHER2: The Gigue Strikes Back,” and was performed by a luxurious special band featuring Suzuki Keiichi as the main characters, Gondouto Mohiko, Sawabe Wataru, Sato Yusuke, Tanaka Hirokazu, Daniel Quan as guest vocalists, and Sakamoto Miu.
The booklet also features the “MOTHER’s Ongaku.” It also includes the talk corner held in the second part of “. Itoi Shigesato, the creator of the MOTHER series, and Suzuki Keiichi and Tanaka Hirokazu, who colored the music in the game, share valuable memories of the time.
