The music video for all the songs from HOME’s latest album, “HOME EP3,” released on Wednesday, June 18th, will be released consecutively from today.
HOME made her first successful Asian tour in February this year. The third and final installment of the EP series, “HOME EP3,” is a work that strongly reflects the musical roots of each member, including blues, club music, trip hop, R&B, and popular songs. While following the previous style, the finish is more refined and sharper.
The music video for the first song, “blind believer,” was released today. This work is impressive with its strange and captivating visual beauty that echoes the world of the bluesy and dark songs, and is the first time since HOME’s debut song, “Lucy,” and is a re-twined work with Okinawan filmmaker Kohei Yonaha.
The music video for the songs included in “HOME EP3” will be released one after another at regular intervals in the future. The ending of “blind believer” also shows a production that leads to the next song, and it is expected that the entire video will be composed as a series of works.
Furthermore, HOME will be holding a solo tour “HOME PARTY’25 SUMMER” to commemorate the release of “HOME EP3” and the completion of the EP series. We will tour three cities: ANIMA in Osaka on Friday, July 11th, Live & Lounge Vio in Nagoya on Sunday, July 13th, and Tuesday, July 15th, in Shibuya WWW X in Tokyo.
This tour will include content that summarises the previous EP series, as well as new attempts. Not only will you pay attention to the songs included in “HOME EP3”, but also the special performances that you wouldn’t see at regular live shows, such as new songs and solos by the members.
In addition, the opening DJ of the Tokyo performance will be Handle Keeper (Pill Park & Sorano Tamanaha), an Okinawan DJ unit who has close friends with the members of HOME, will be appearing as the opening DJ. The Tokyo performances were sold out during the last tour, so if you’re interested, check it out early.
