It has been announced that STUTS on the WAVE will release its first self-titled EP on Wednesday, July 16th.
STUTS has focused on hip-hop, and has also worked on the theme song for dramas and commercial songs, and will also be performing for the first arena performance this September. ZOT on the WAVE has been one of the very core producers of the domestic hip-hop scene in recent years, and has released hit singles such as “Crayon (with Fuji Taito)” and “TEIHEN (feat. YZERR & Candee)” from producing many songs on BAD HOP and LANA. The unit consisting of two producers is STUTS on the WAVE.
Last year, LEX released as an original song for Japan’s largest hip-hop festival, “POP YOURS 2024,” and produced the “Bright Room,” a brother-in-law song by LANA, and appeared under the unit’s name on this year’s “POP YOURS.” It also attracted attention as they released two singles along with the start of the summer.
This is the first EP, and includes “Shall We (feat. Yo-Sea, ☓☓☓)” and “Final Destination (feat. Campanella, Candee, Chinza DOPENESS),” which were also announced in “POP YOURS.” We look forward to the release to see who the artist is partially hidden.
