Hip-hop crew interplay announces release of their first full-length album, “Making a Way”

It has been announced that interplay, a hip-hop crew from Chiba Prefecture, will release its first full-length album, “Making a Way,” on Wednesday, August 6th.

The story depicts the common everyday life of young people living in the 2025 era and the subtle emotions hidden within them. About two years after the previous EP “interplay,” this film was produced with the major theme of “a casual life,” and is said to be a life-size perspective of a person who breathes this era without excessive direction or fiction.

The sixth song was Me2, a rapper who is based in Setagaya, Tokyo and has been a friend of his career in the past. Her soulful singing voice, which focuses on hip-hop and can freely ride R&B, adds new color to the album.

The sound by beatmaker Negg, who produced all the songs, is more of a sense of temperature than flashy, and sometimes tranquilizes it, and sometimes lights the fire inside. I wrote down the ups and moments of daily emotions.

In addition, to commemorate the release of the album, a release party will be held at Daikanyama ORD. in Tokyo on Saturday, August 23rd. This is a one-night special event featuring a group of gorgeous artists, including Skaai, and guest DJs. CDs and limited edition T-shirts are also scheduled to be sold at the venue.
