“The BUNDLE,” an event in which trumpeter Kuroda Takuya works as a bunch of friends and delivers music, will be held on Saturday, September 6th at Shimokitazawa ADRIFT in Tokyo.
This event features domestic and international artists that Kuroda Takuya trusts and respects. The members of each band also feature a huge collection of Japan’s leading musicians. It was held for the first time at 100BAN Hall in Kobe, Hyogo in 2021, and held at WOMB in Shibuya, Tokyo in 2023, and at ADRIFT in Shimokitazawa in 2024, featuring musicians from New York.
This is the fourth time, the series will be held in Japan, with isles led by Ikemoto Shigetaka, who presents the ongoing jazz large ensemble, and the upcoming drummer Nakamura Kaito, who released his second leader album this year, and Tenors In Chaos, who was born and just released his second album this month, and head of the club, Kuroda Takuya, who visited Japan, bringing a variety of jazz musicians to the spotlight.
