Taiwanese bedroom pop band South Bad Boy releases first record, featuring two EPs

“That’s All I Can Hope For,” the first record by South Bad Boy, a bedroom pop band from Taipei, Taiwan, featuring two EPs, will be released on Wednesday, June 19th.

South Bad Boy, who has been gaining attention for their dreamy and psychedelic sound with a tropical flavor, emerged in Taipei as the next generation band after Sunset Rollercoaster, but went on hiatus after that. They are currently working on resuming their activities.

This 10-inch work includes two EPs: the 1st EP “Southern Flavor” released in 2020 and the deeper 2nd EP “That’s All I Can Hope For” released in 2022. It is a record of 6 songs packed with sounds full of tropical flavor.
