CHIANZ releases 3rd single “LOVE GONNA DIE” and 1st EP

CHIANZ released their new single “LOVE GONNA DIE” today, Wednesday, June 5th.

CHIANZ is a “GIRLS CRUSH ROCK BAND” consisting of four childhood friends: singer-songwriter eill (vocals, guitar, maniac), Foi (vocals, guitar), Chie (guitar) who is active in YABIxYABI, and Tsukikawa Rei (bass), who is also active as an actor in YABIxYABI. This third single is an alternative rock song that frankly depicts betrayal and ending love, and is a girl crush song about being manipulated by the other person. It contains a strong message of ending this love with your own hands.

Bassist Rei Tsukikawa and supporting drummer Takuro Ota recorded the song as if they were jamming together, and it is a song that shows the growth and groove of CHIANZ as a band. Also, pay attention to the catchy guitar riff and Chie’s raging guitar solo towards the outro.

The lyrics are in four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean, and make use of the individuality of Foi, who has Chinese roots, and eill, who has Korean roots.
