Daisuke Yamada and Ring Ring Lonely Rollss’ collaborative single “Yoru Shikanai Kuni” was released today, June 5th (Wednesday). The music video was also released.
The two groups have been deepening their friendship for some time, holding a two-man live show and releasing a collaborative song “Kan 199 Seconds” last year. In this work, Yamada Daisuke and Toyoda Daiki create a beat in response to the piano phrases of Mori Tomoka (Ring Ring Lonely Rollss). As we get older, responsibilities come into play, and adults who can only say “it’s okay” are liberated, and the place where you can feel music at a volume you can’t hear in your everyday life – live houses and clubs – is sung/rapped by Osaka Motoki (Ring Ring Lonely Rollss) and Yamada Daisuke.
The mix was done by his close friend BAOBAB MC (JABBA DA FOOTBALL CLUB), the mastering was done by TSUTCHIE (SHAKKAZOMBIE), and the cover artwork was done by photographer Masa Uemura.
The music video was directed by KOLF and shows Osaka Motoki and Yamada Daisuke bopping around the night at Shimokitazawa THREE, a live music venue with which they have a deep connection.
