To celebrate the 30th anniversary of his solo career, TOWA TEI releases new song “TYPICAL!” featuring Takkyu Ishino on vocals

It has been announced that TOWA TEI will release the lead track “TYPICAL! feat. TAKKYU ISHINO” from his new album, scheduled for release in 2025, as a 7-inch single on Wednesday, August 7th.

Since debuting as a member of Deee-Lite and releasing his first solo album “FUTURE LISTENING!”, TOWA TEI will be celebrating his 30th anniversary of solo activities in 2024. This song, released to commemorate this, features Takkyu Ishino on vocals for the first time. The two, who have been DJing together in recent years, went into the studio for the first time to record this “techno” song in 90 minutes.

The B-side of the 7-inch single will include an instrumental version of the song. The track is also scheduled to be released as a standalone song in 2024.
