The Omedetazu × Friends surprise announce collaboration song “Takarabune” and hold two-man live show

The Omedetaz made a surprise appearance at Friends’ anniversary live “Friends’ Friends Gathering! – The 10th year starts with a Shibuya collaboration festival” held at duo MUSIC EXCHANGE in Shibuya, Tokyo on Saturday, June 8th. They debuted their new song “Takarabune” (Treasure Ship), which is a collaboration between the two groups.

The two groups also performed together at The Omedetazu’s self-produced event “Akemashite Omedetazu 2024” held at Club Asia in Shibuya, Tokyo in January this year, and it was this connection that led to the decision to produce this song. Details such as the release date will be announced at a later date.

In addition, it was announced that a two-man live show “Friends x The Omedetaz Presents “Jumpman Paaaaan!!!” will be held at Shindaita FEVER in Tokyo on Saturday, August 31st. Tickets are available for pre-sale (lottery) from today, Sunday, June 9th.
