AVOCADO BOYS releases new song “SuperPsycho” for the first time in about half a year

AVOCADO BOYS released their new single “SuperPsycho” today, Wednesday, June 12th.

AVOCADO BOYS is a band based in Nagoya that was formed in 2018. Vocalist Lena has gained popularity for her positive and honest character, with over 50,000 followers on TikTok and her singing reel videos on Instagram being played over 1 million times, attracting attention on social media.

This is the first new song in about half a year, and it features a danceable sound with African and Brazilian tastes, with vocalist Lena singing cynically about the moment when love makes people go crazy. This time, percussionist Yoshida composed, arranged, and produced the song, sampled the drums at Tsubame Studio in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, and completed the mixing and mastering completely independently for the first time.
